Chief Executives’ Meeting 2012

Building on successful events organised in Gilwell Park, Amersfoort, Athens, Prague, Geneva and Brussels, we are pleased to invite the Chief Executives, or those holding equivalent positions, to a meeting of exchange, sharing and mutual support, prepared by the participants, for the participants, and facilitated by the Regional Directors. The event lasts 24hours – we recognise you are busy people – and helps you build your own network for follow-up. The venue is also the venue for the next European Guide and Scout Conferences, in central Berlin.

Aims and Content

The aims of the event are: to share good practice, to raise issues of common concern, to present solutions and to provide a confidential environment for mutual support and encouragement. The content of the event is agreed in advance by the participants and facilitated by the Regional Directors.

Suggested follow up by participants and their associations

There will be possibilities of building on the existing operational networks, both professional and within Guiding and Scouting.

Participants Profile

Chief Executive Officers, Secretaries-General, Managing Directors, or equivalent positions. Participants will be the top paid executive in the organisation.
