European Programme Developers Summit

The triennial network meeting of National Programme Commssioners from European Scout associations – the European Programme Developers Summit – took place at Château de Jambville, near Paris, between 6 and 9 May 2010 and was attended by 21 participants, from 10 countries.

The main topic debated in the various sessions of the Summit was the relevance of the Scout Method in today’s society. The event offered also an opportunity for exchanges among Programme Commissioners on issues of common interest, as well as allowing for their input in the future developments in the educational methods area at European level.
