The Central American subregion undertook a course of "second level" at Iztarú Camp School of the Guides and Scouts of Costa Rica.
With the attendance of scouts leaders from: : Costa Rica, Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras, Nicaragua, Panama and the Dominican Republic, this course was a success. The course was led by Rafe Lucado, Interamerican Scout Committe member and President of the National Association of Scouts of Panama, assisted by trainers Rudy Marin, Ralf Dillmann and Raul Sanchez.
Over a week the trainees enjoyed the interesting sessions regarding Adult World Scouting Skills, training sessions and leadership, among others.
The living between the trainees and contact with nature at all times allowed to make the course a great experience. Surely the seed sown in this international course will bear fruit very early in participating Scout Associations.
