Messengers of Peace Nat'l Ambassadors Ian Olivarez and Daryl Tadique repacking the relief goods at the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) NROC and spend overnight to immediately send to the victims of Typhoon Yolanda in the Philippines particularly in the Visayas region. About 25 scouts lend 19 hours of service to do the repacking. The scouts also serve now as a role model on volunteerism to help the government to do the repacking of relief goods at DSWD by the Official Gazette of the Republic of the Philippines. This is what we call also Scouts in Action in the Philippines (SAP)
