International Events
Welcome to the official International Events list of the World Organization of the Scout Movement!
The list includes some events to which Scouts from other countries can be invited to attend. If you are interested in attending an event in another country, please check first with your National Scout Organization to obtain the latest information, and to see if an invitation is available.
This list includes only:
- Official World Scouting events, including those sanctioned by the Regions of the World Organization.
- Events which are hosted or authorized by national organizations which are members of the World Organization of the Scout Movement.
The production and the mailing of hard copies of the International Events List through the World Scout Bureau's Scoutpak has been discontinued. The database of this list is available on the website together with a most recent version available for download in PDF format. The addition of new events to the list must be made on the form provided for this purpose, and it must be approved by the National Scout Organization. (This form is available from the National Scout Organization, and also downloadable here in PdF format.)
The Web edition of this database is sorted by date. Use the hyperlinks in the top of this page to jump to the beginning of a year. Alternatively, click on List by Country to get an overview of all events sorted by country or use the 'Search events' link to search for a specific event.
