13th World Scout Moot 2010 Kenya

This resource has been developed to help the Crews, international teams of 10 Rover Scouts, to work effectively during the 13th World Scout Moot in Kenya.

Learning by doing' is a key part of the Scout Method and Rover Scouts can take responsibility for their own learning and development, supported by their leaders. This document is designed to help Rover Scouts to work effectively in teams, particularly in international teams. It includes information on Working in Teams and Experiential Learning and has activities on the following topics: Getting to know each other; Getting to know more about each other; Getting to know more about yourself; Being together as a team; Caring for each other; Reflecting; and Parting. There is also some information on Experiential Learning for Unit Leaders.
