AFRICA SCOUT DAY CELEBRATED IN GRAND STYLE WITH KOGI STATE GOVERNMENT OF NIGERIA

Scouting started in Nigeria in 1915 at Idah Town in the present Kogi State popularly called the Confluence State in Nigeria. In celebration of African Scout Day (ASD) a Messengers of Peace Training was organized for the Kogi State House members and the Government. In attendance was the Executive Governor of the State, Captain Idris Wada, The Deputy Governor, the State Scout President & the Chief Judge of the State His Lordship E. Ajanah. Also in attendance at the MoP Training were over 500 Members of the Kogi State Scout Council, people and Government of Kogi State........HAPPY AFRICA SCOUT DAY CELEBRATIONS.
