This is an interin support tool for the third and fourth stages of the progressive badge system for Scouts and also a personal tool to record the achievement of personal educational objectives.
It contains the presentation of the educational objectives proposed for 13 to 15 year-olds, organised in the six personal growth (development) areas; the texts of the Scout Law and Scout Promise; personal identification page; encouragement to undertake the personal progress scheme in the track and trail stages.
