Evénements
The 13th Africa Scout conference commenced on the evening of Monday, the 3rd September 2007. The event was hosted by Rwanda Scout Association, and it took place at the La Palisse Hotel, in the outskirts of Kigali Town, in Nyandungu.
The conference was a five day event, organized to meet the objectives and purpose of Scouting. The event was supported by the Africa Regional Office as well as other NSOs.
L'Organisation de l'Unité Africaine (actuellement Union Africaine) lors de sa soixante-deuxième session ordinaire à Addis-Abeba, Éthiopie, du 21 au 23 Juin 1995, a décidé de consacrer une journée aux activités scoutes en Afrique.
