SCOPE - SCOut Project Exchange
SCOPE is a process designed to facilitate partnerships between Scouts with needs, and others who are ready to offer:
- Financial support for projects
- Contacts for bilateral cooperation at national or local level
- Donations of materials or equipment
- Financial support for infrastructure-building and management
- Consultancy in management and educational matters
We are pleased to announce the publication of the next (second) issue of Scout Project Exchange(SCOPE) List.
Partnership is one of the pillars our movement is based on. It supports formal and informal communications, exchange of experience, values and expertises between the NSOs. It also promotes a dialogue between generations for better understanding and solutions.
The first Issue of SCOPE was published in January 2006.
