Training of Trainers in Cameroon

DOUALA – The Association Les Scouts du Cameroun will conduct two parallel training courses: an ALT (Assistant Leader Trainer) and an LT (Leader Trainer) in Douala (economic capital of the country) from Sunday, March 29 to Saturday, April 4, 2009.

These two training courses are open not only to the Cameroonians but also to all the Adults (From 26 years of age) of National Scout Organizations in the whole Africa Scout Region.

The Training of Trainers, (TOT) “Douala 2009” aims to equip the Association with trainers who are qualified, competent, and able to deal with training needs at all levels. This would enable them to contribute to the growth of the movement.
