Messengers of Peace Bracelets

3. Mar 2014

This is given to any Scout or Non-Scout who expresses the desire to become a Messenger of Peace.
You can use the ribbon to promote the Messengers of Peace network in local and international activities such as camps, gatherings, scout meeting and service activities.
Your NSO can produce the ribbons in your own country using the proper logo. The ribbon most used is the blue one but you can use different combinations based on the official logos and colors of the brand.
Express your commitment by using it with or without the uniform, to show your personal desire to contribue create Peace in your community and the world.
Present the ribbon in a significant short (1 minute) conversation inviting the user to inspire other people to do good deeds.

Is there a higher resolution artwork file for this? So the ribbons will print a bit more clear?
Maybe the original source?

Are these ribbons meant to be worn in conjunction to the messengers of peace badge, or is this completely separate?

Snowangelchelle. Thank you for your question. Mainly it is a promotional item but is up to you who you use it. You can make them a reword for a basic challenge during an outdoors activity. Or an award after simple basic task or research about peace, or good turn. The intention is both motivate and inspire. Giving something nice to scouts and/or leaders while talking to them about peace, to thank them for an act of kindness, or as a prize for cumbs or scouts after a short workshop. Hope this is helpful.
