My neighbor's son lives in Dubai, and they use to spend around hundreds of rupees on calls. They also felt lonely when they couldn't talk to him.
I introduced them to Google Hangouts and shared my Wi-Fi password with them, but then i realized that they don't have a smart phone or a PC as they did not find a necessity to possess them.
But on the day of Diwali, I took my laptop to their place and managed a hangout session for them with their only son. They were so very happy to talk to him and see him in real time. The expression was priceless.
The talk lasted for 55 mins, and the best part is after that my neighbors decided to turn computer literate and also motivate their peers to do so.

It was a moment of complete happiness to see them so happy! :)
