Bolivia - Promotion of human rights
In response to human rights violations, Scouts in Bolivia drew up a manifesto for peace and human rights and took part in educational events aimed at promoting a fairer and more equal society.
The project motivated young people to take the initiative to encourage greater respect for human rights in their country. The Scouts also educated other young people, encouraging their cooperation in a flexible and dynamic way. After a trial project was created, the programme was successfully applied in schools.
