The purpose of this Euro.Scout.Doc is to highlight the important role that Scouting can play as a leading organisation in the voluntary sector. Where countries have a strong culture of volunteering, Scouting can benefit. This Euro.Scout.Doc is intended for those working primarily at national level who are working to ensure that Scouting continues to play a leading role in the voluntary sector, or where the voluntary sector is still developing, the documents seeks to provide thoughts on how Scouting can help define the social value of volunteering.
