There are more than 28 million Scouts, youth and adults, boys and girls, in 156 countries. Find out about Scouting in different parts of the world and how the Organization is divided into different regions.

National organisations: There are 156 countries with internationally recognised National Scout Organizations.

Scouting elsewhere: There are 26 main territories where Scouting exists, often as overseas branches of member Scout Organizations.

There are 34 countries where Scouting exists (be it embryonic or widespread) but where there is no National Scout Organisation which is a member of WOSM.

There are 6 countries without Scouting.
