Exhibition about Scouting in Brussels
From 13th February to 2nd September 2007, an exhibition about Scouting takes place in the Brussels Comic Strip House. To mark the 150th anniversary of Lord Baden Powell birth and Scouting’s Centenary, the Brussels Comic Strip House presents a selection of the best pieces of Baden Powell’s biography drawn by Jijé in 1948.
There are also many colour illustrations made for the “Signe de Piste” collection by Pierre Joubert, a retrospective exhibition of the Castor’s Patrol of MiTacq, and lot more illustrations of Souts by Mitteï, Gotlib, Peyo, Franquin and others…
Don’t miss this opportunity to discover this external perspective of Souting and Baden Powell through the eyes of the ninth art at different moments throughout the 100 years of Scouting.
