After Malta (1999), Spain (2001), Slovenia (2003), Luxembourg (2005) it's time to gather in Denmark, for the 5th edition of this major European event.

Since 1999, leaders involved at national level in the areas of youth programme and adult resources from all over Europe have gathered every two years to take part in the Forum on Youth Programme and Adult Resources.

The Forum is undoubtedly one of the most popular events that takes place in Europe, and has a very special atmosphere due to the participants all having the same background, same challenges and same concerns.

Aim of the Forum is to assist National Scout Associations in monitoring and improving their youth programme and in improving the recruitment, support, training and management of their adult resources.

Theme of the Forum is: In Real Life – Innovation and Relevance at Local Level (IRL).

Houens Odde Spejdercenter - the International Scout Centre in Denmark, is the venue. It is situated on a beautiful wooded peninsula consisting of 87 hectares of land, including forest, field and scout huts.

We very much welcome participation of:

• National Commissioners for Youth Programme and/or Adult Resources, members of their National Teams or executives working in the National Offices in these areas.
• National Commissioners in charge of the programme for different age sections or members of their National Teams
• Individuals responsible for the recruitment of adult leaders

There is no age limit for participating at this event.
