12-13 февраля 2010 г. в центральном офисе Регионального Бюро Евразии, Киев, Украина, прошло очередное заседание Регионального Комитета Евразии.
В заседании приняли участие: Б.Есаян, Председатель Комитета, Н.Джафаров, заместитель Председателя Комитета, члены комитета - В.Влас, И.Иванов, Е.Назарчук, Р.Каримов, а также приглашенные - И.Тодуа, (Консультант Регионального Бюро Евразии по уставным вопросам), А.Сич ( представитель юридической компании “Ernst&Young”). Секретарем Комитета был избран Ю.Емилиан, Директор Регионального Скаутского Бюро Евразии Всемирного Скаутского Бюро.
Location: Moldova, Orhei (45 km north from Chisinau)
Transport: Chisinau can be reached by bus, train or plane. In Chisinau the members of the organizing committee will meet all the participants. The place where the Jamboree will take place can be reached only by car.
Motto: Together in scouting, together for peace!
The Objectives of the Jamboree:
- Promoting the Scout method in the Eurasia Region countries on the basis of traditions and cultural particularities of each country;
- Strengthen the unity of the Scout movement, development of mutual understanding and cooperation in Scouting.

Eurasia Scout Youth Forum’s PrepTeam Meeting 3-6 June 2010, Krasnokamenka International Scout Centre.
The 3rd Regional Communication Forum took place in the Scout Centre of Krasnokamenka, Ukraine from 3rd to 5th June. Seven, out of the eight countries in the Eurasia region, were present. The goal of this event was to support National Scout Organisations in establishing and implementing their communication strategies as to contribute to the growth of the Movement.
Participants coming from Russia; Ukraine; Kazakhstan; Moldova; Azerbaijan; Georgia and Armenia were trained on various issues concerning communication.
10-15 июня 2010 года скауты Украины и Грузии приняли участие в семинаре "Инвестирование молодежи в здоровую окружающую среду", который состоялся в г. Сигнаги (Грузия)
Организатором семинара "Youth Investing in a Healthy Environment" ("Инвестирование молодежи в здоровую окружающую среду") выступила Грузинская Организация Скаутского Движения, при поддержке Совета Европы. В организационный комитет входили скауты из Литвы (Giedre Gudauskaite), Швеции (Emil Ringh), Грузии (Ирина Пруидзе и Тинатин Коява) и Украины (Ольга Синкевич).
Участники – скауты Европейского и Евразийского регионов, представители экологических общественных организаций: Азербайджана, Армении, Грузии, Литвы, Латвии, Эстонии и Дании.
Between 19th and 21st March 2010, Luxembourg City hosted the event "Meeting the Network Overture". During the meeting, which gathered 50 participants from 15 different European countries, were discussed initiated projects or projects already in progress on the diversity topic. Diversity is the main idea of meeting and to be more exact - what can do local scout organizations in order to efficiently integrate two broad categories of children and youth: coming from immigrant families and children with disabilities. So, resuming, for three days, scout organizations had represented their ideas and projects which are targeting two population groups: ethnic or social minorities and persons with disabilities.
Украинские скауты активно сотрудничают с представителями Европейского региона - польской скаутской организацией ZHP - только на протяжении последних двух месяцев было проведено три встречи.
A while ago, to our great honor and pleasure, we had participated at the 1st Forum of Innovations from Ukraine, which set as a purpose the Promotion of volunteering in the CSI states through scout methods, which for over a century brings its contribution for the education and moral development of the young generation. Even though our activities were held under rain from the first day, the scout spirit never left us and we moved forward with an even bigger will and motivation to new means to create a better world.
Over 400 scouts were participated at the Second Regional Jamboree held in Oxentea village, Republic of Moldova. 8 countries from Eurasia Region get together for one purpose, to gather experiences and to do a lot of scout activities in the rhythm of the theme: Together in scouting, Together for peace”. A lot of interesting activities were at new and well organized workshops. In 10 days all participants had the opportunity to go at Development village, Creativity village, Sociology that was held in the Oxentea village, Diverts, Pioneering and Extreme.
Более 400 скаутов приняли участие во Втором Региональном Джамбори Евразии, которое проходило в близи деревни Oxentea, Республика Молдова с 21 по 30 июля 2010 года.
Скауты из 8 стран Региона Евразии собрались на одной поляне, чтобы обменятся опытом и сделать много интересных и полезных дел в рамках девиза Джамбори: «Вместе в Скаутинге, Вместе за мир».
Кроме посещения хорошо подготовленных скаутских активитетов, специализаций и прекрасных экскурсий участники имели возможность представить национальную культуру, кухню, танцы и песни своих стран!

1st Youth Scout Forum and 4th Eurasia Regional Scout Conference took place September 7-8 & 9-11 in Batumi, Georgia.
The young NSOs’ leaders from the Eurasian countries - members of the Council of Europe had a unique opportunity to participate in one of the most interesting and ambitious projects of the European Scout Region - Academy - at October of this year.
13 ноября 2010 г. в г. Павлодаре, Казахстан прошла Национальная Конференция Организации Скаутского Движения Казахстана.
13 ноября 2010г. состоялось заседание Национального Совета Национальной Ассоциации Скаутов Молдовы (НАСМ).
Священный огонь 11 декабря из Вифлеема (Израиль) доставили в столицу Австрии Вену, куда ежегодно съезжаются скауты со всего мира.
12 декабря 2010 г. в г. Тбилиси, Грузия состоялось заседание Национального Кабинета Грузинской Организации Скаутского Движения (ГОСД) "Скауты Грузии".
I Молодежный скаутский форум состоялся 10 - 12 декабря 2010г. недалеко от Минска, под городом Столбцы.
