The 37-page regional plan prescribes a timeframe for measuring our progress and in assessing the impact of our work by determining ow the regional objectives are positively influencing the stakeholders, most especially the young people and the adult volunteers. A support structure is presented to indicate how structures are networked and how efforts are coherent to meet the regional vision for year 2013.
