Jamboree coordinators meet for the 26th APR Scout Jamboree preparation
Jamboree coordinators met on 1st December 2009 at the National Office of Boy Scouts of the Philippines (BSP) and discussed on the preparations for the upcoming 26th APR Scout Jamboree.
The jamboree team welcomed the decision of the Bureau of Immigration of the Philippine government that granted the Waiver of Exclusion Ground (WEG) which exempts Scout participants who are under 15 years old from paying US$76.00 fee at the immigration. Regional Director Abdullah Rasheed chaired the meeting with BSP Secretary General JR Pangilinan. In attendance were APR Programme Sub-Committee Vice-Chairman Rajalingam Ramasamy, former Management Sub-Committee Vice-Chairman Mari Nakano, APR Executives and Jamboree Coordinators of BSP.
