* Please note that this section contains information on a number of sensitive social issues that occur in society and are faced by young people every day. Scouting worldwide tackles these issues, for example, child labour in El Salvador and Egypt, street children in Kenya, conflict and war in the Great Lakes region of Africa, HIV and AIDS in many African Scout Organizations. Before dealing with an issue you should ensure that you are well informed and that all discussions and activities are appropriate to your Scouts, their age, situation, beliefs and culture.
