The development Trail of ONE Programme & Wood Badge Scheme
Scouting Ireland is organising seminar is to share experiences in relation to the development and the implementation of Scouting Ireland's new youth programme for all age Sections (6- 21 year olds) and how the Woodbadge Training Scheme was changed to support the needs of our adult volunteers as they set about implementing this new programme.
The seminar is designed to help National Scout Organisations who are doing, or thinking of doing, their own review of Youth Programme. It will take a “hands-‐on” approach with plenty of time to consider the process as well as the outputs (handbooks, website, etc). Time will be set aside to allow participants consider how their own plans might be affected by what they hear and see, so it is important that participants are familiar with The Renewed Approach to Programme (RAP)and are people who will take a central role in thisprocess in their own NSO.Seminar.
