XIX Central America Scout Summit, June 30th 2012.
Successfully took place the XIX Central America Scout Summit in the City of San Salvador, El Salvador.
Attended National Scout leaders from Mexico, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, Panama and of course the host El Salvador. It also included the participation of the World Scout Bureau - Interamerican Region and the World Scout Committee.
Were shared successful experiences of National Scout Organizations present, including: Opening of Scout groups in disadvantaged areas (Mexico), Lechetón (Honduras), Image Campaign (El Salvador), Cub Section Event for Central America (Costa Rica) and Moot Central America (Panama). It also presented the initiative you have to do a training program for young leaders from all Inter American Region in the United States, with the support of the Boy Scouts of America and Messengers of Peace, presented by Richard Wagner, Guatemala and Dan Ownby World Scout Committee.
