Growth Workshop for Spanish Speakers
In the WSB-IR Headquarters in City of Knowledge, Panama City, was developed the "Growth Workshop". Attended from 7 countries in the Region: Ecuador, Colombia, Panama, Costa Rica, El Salvador and Honduras and the presence of 10 representatives of these NSOs. It was led by José Gabriel Criollo, Director of Institutional Development.
During the Workshop were unified criteria and approaches to the issue of growth. Also were exposed cases of NSOs present in this area and studied the strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats of Scout Movement in each of them, to learn from the experiences we have accumulated over the years.
Participants were quick to catalog this workshop as a positive meeting, which must be repeated periodically, to NSOs can share and review their plans and strategies for growth so we can learn from the successes and mistakes of its brothers.
