Principal Responsibilities
- To manage the Education, Research and Development Department (priorities, action plan, budget and staff), one of the two departments of the World Scout Bureau, Central Office
- To organise and assess the work of the World Scout Bureau in the fields of: Educational Methods (Youth Programme and Adult Resources), World Scout Youth Events, the priorities of the World Strategy related to education (Youth Involvement, Adolescents, Girls and Boys, Reaching Out, Volunteers)
- To support and streamline the work of the Regional Offices in the fields of Youth Programme and Adult Resources
- To support the work of the Educational Methods Committee
