SCOPE - Issue Nr.2

We are pleased to announce the publication of the next (second) issue of Scout Project Exchange(SCOPE) List.

Partnership is one of the pillars our movement is based on. It supports formal and informal communications, exchange of experience, values and expertises between the NSOs. It also promotes a dialogue between generations for better understanding and solutions.

I would like to encourage you to send us more projects and ideas you would like to share with our brothers and sisters in the whole world and to reach the hand of help to those in need. Please be more open to new partnerships and cooperation. Let us build the bridges of help and hope.
