Educational Activities for 11 to 15 year-olds
A book for adult leaders in the Scout Unit and educators that work with youngsters form 11 to 15 years old. It contains suggestions for 60 educational activities. There are 10 activities suggested with emphasis in each of the six growth (development) areas (physical development, creativity, character, affective development, social development, spiritual development).
In each of the areas, 5 of the activities are presented in full development (indicating the place, duration, form of participation, materials, objectives of the activity, educational objectives they contribute to achieving and description), inclusive of all important details and their technical appendices when appropriate (there are 24 technical appendices in total, containing instructions on how to make some of the materials or information useful for conducting the respective activity).
The other 5 activities in each growth area are presented in a more condensed format, including the educational objectives they contribute to achieving and a brief description of the contents and proceedings of the activity. 224 pages, full colour covers with thermo-plastic coating, standard binding, inner pages in two colours, about 200 illustrations.
