Dare to Dream

Dare to Dream is a European event for Rovers, planned by Rovers.

It will be organised at Kandersteg International Scout Centre, between 30.03 and 02.04. 2007 and it'll be an excellent opportunity for young people from all over Europe to get together and discuss their perspectives on the future of Scouting in Europe.
