This 256-page book, available both in hardbound and softbound copy, gives an understanding on Rovering as a progressive journey from adolescence to adulthood, encompassing one's duty to God, others and self through the use of Scout method. This reprinted copy of Rovering to Success book by Lord Baden Powell, serves to commemorate the work of the Founder in the ocassion of the Golden Jubilee of the Asia-Pacific Region in 2006 and World Scouting Centenary in 2007.

The creation of this book is to help Scout Leaders in using the Scout Method adaptable to the varying needs of young people within the Scout Movement. This book entitled “Handbook for Leaders of the Scout Section” is designed to offer reference tools to help individual leaders to rediscover the needs of young people in the third millennium as it did in the early twentieth century. Included in this book are great number of photographs and illustrations of activities, making it very attractive and easy to understand. The book is published by the Inter-American Region and copies are available in World Scout Bureau/Asia-Pacific Regional office.

Scouting for Boys, written by Baden-Powell, Founder of the Scout Movement, was first published in 1908. More than ninety years after the first publication, Scouting for Boys is still much in circulation in many languages. The large and growing Scout population in the Asia-Pacific Region prompted the World Scout Bureau to have the book reprinted based largely on the World Brotherhood Edition.

First of its kind in the region, the guidebook is the product of long and in-depth research on organizing large scale Jamborees with facts and experiences drawn from world, regional and national Jamborees since 1920.
