I. Visa

A valid passport is mandatory. Visas, required by all visitors except nationals of the USA, UK, Germany, Canada, Uganda, Tanzania, Kenya, Burundi, Democratic Republic of Congo, Sweden, Mauritius, South Africa and Hong Kong, cost USD 60 and can be bought upon arrival for those who have applied for an entry facility.

II. ENTRY FACILITY

1. The entry facility is a document issued by the Immigration Department that enables the citizens from countries which do not have a Rwandan Embassy to obtain a single entry temporary visa of 15 days at any official entry point upon arrival. In this case, a facility entry form is fulfilled and directly send from this page.

2. List of participants and itinerary
As had earlier been communicated, Friday the 17th of August should be the deadline of giving in all your necessarry information so that we can finalise on the bookings and applications process for those who need visas.

3. Vaccination cards
Please do not forget to carry with you your International Vaccination Cards (or Yellow Fever Card) alongside your passports.

4. Polythene Bags
Rwanda has a strict policy about the use of polythene bags. In this regard, you are requested not to carry any polythene bags with you to Rwanda.

5. Brothers and sisters gone home
We had earlier written to you, indicating that you should submit the names of our departed brothers and sisters in the last three years. Kindly note that we are still waiting for these names.
