Major success in San Francisco
The 52nd Baden Powell Fellowship Event was held in the Napa Valley and San Francisco during September – over 250 Baden Powell Fellows and friends joined His Majesty the King of Sweden to celebrate Scouting’s first 100 years.
The participants discussed the impact of scouting in urban communities with energetic young people from San Francisco’s scout council, and heard reports of how Scouting has contributed to the peace of diverse communities worldwide.
Over Usd 3.4 million was raised by the participants present.
